Q. I need my dress urgently. How fast can you deliver my gown?
A. Dresses are generally not held in stock and are made per order to be delivered within 6 weeks with standard shipping. .
Q. What do you charge for shipping?
A. All gowns ship at a flat rate of $39.00 USD.
Q. I'm not seeing exactly what I'm looking for- do you have any other maternity bridal gowns?
A. We do offer custom designed maternity evening gowns, which can be made per your requests. Delivery takes 6-8weeks and pricing starts as low as 550.00 USD. Please contact us for more information about custom designed maternity dresses.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We do not give refunds for any purchases. Made per order gowns are always a final sale. In the case that a sale gown is ordered, or a gown that we have held in stock in inventory (please call to check what is available in inventory), we will accept an exchange for another dress from inventory of equal or greater value, (again, please call for availability). The difference in cost between the two gowns will be charged to your card. Exchanges ship out for $25.00. We reserve the right to change our policies at any time.
Q. What's a "Sample sale" maternity dress?
A. We often have "sample sales" for our maternity dresses that have been worn once before for a photoshoot, and therefore can't be sold as brand new. They are not "used" or damaged- they are usually in brand new condition, but sometimes may require a light cleaning.
